Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any service with Fan Rong. By making a booking, payment, or attending a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Appointment Only
All services at Fan Rong are strictly by appointment only. This allows us to fully concentrate on your concerns and provide a private, uninterrupted consultation experience.
2. Services Covered
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Fan Rong services, including but not limited to Tarot Reading, Spiritual Consultation, BaZi Reading, Feng Shui Consultation, Face Reading, crystal bracelet consultation, and other spiritual or metaphysics-related services.
3. Booking & Payment
Your appointment will only be confirmed after payment or deposit has been received. Fan Rong reserves the right to release unconfirmed slots if payment is not made within the required time.
4. No Refund Policy
All confirmed service bookings are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
This is because appointment time is specially reserved for each client, and preparation may be required before the session.
5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us as early as possible.
Rescheduling is subject to Fan Rong’s availability. Fan Rong reserves the right to reject last-minute rescheduling requests.
6. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may still end at the original scheduled time to avoid affecting the next appointment.
If you are excessively late, Fan Rong reserves the right to cancel the session, and payment will not be refunded.
7. No-Show
If you do not attend your appointment without informing us, it will be considered a no-show. No refund or replacement session will be provided.
8. Nature of Services
Fan Rong’s services are provided for spiritual guidance, personal insight, self-reflection, and general lifestyle support.
Our readings and consultations are not intended to replace professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other licensed professional advice.
9. No Guaranteed Results
All readings, consultations, and recommendations are based on spiritual insight, intuitive interpretation, traditional metaphysics, and energy assessment.
Fan Rong does not guarantee any specific result, prediction, success, healing, wealth outcome, relationship outcome, or life event.
10. Client Responsibility
Any decision made after receiving a service from Fan Rong is fully your own responsibility. Fan Rong will not be liable for any personal, emotional, financial, business, relationship, or life decisions made based on the consultation.
11. Confidentiality
All personal matters shared during the consultation will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
Fan Rong will not share your personal consultation details with unrelated third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
12. Accuracy of Information Provided
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, especially for services such as BaZi Reading, Feng Shui, Face Reading, and customised bracelet recommendations.
Fan Rong will not be responsible for inaccurate readings or recommendations caused by incorrect information provided by the client.
13. Right to Decline or Stop Service
Fan Rong reserves the right to decline, stop, or reschedule any service if we feel that the session is unsuitable, inappropriate, unsafe, or cannot proceed effectively.
If Aoi is unable to continue a spiritual or tarot consultation due to energetic blockage or other spiritual reasons, Fan Rong may arrange a full refund or suitable alternative at our discretion.
14. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Fan Rong may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will apply to all bookings and services.
